Larry F. Winsten
Founder and President, CPhD, CEP

Larry Winsten has been a business owner and financial services professional for over 40 years. He has provided businesses, physicians, dentists and other professionals with integrated financial plans that have carried them through all phases of wealth management-accumulation, protection, preservation and transfer. While his expertise is broad-based as described in the Managed Economics highlights, he works with a network of attorneys, CPAs, and investment advisors to ensure his clients receive the best care and support.

Additionally, Larry founded Dublin Insurance Services, a well-known health and welfare administration firm   and insurance brokerage that provides insurance services and support to over 350 union employer groups and over 150,000 lives in California..

In 1999, Dublin Insurance was one of the first ten regional firms acquired by National Financial Partners Corp(NFP). NFP is a publicly traded company on the NYSE under the symbol, NFP. This relationship has enabled both Dublin Insurance Services and Managed Economics to grow and exceed its goals year-over-year.

Larry attended the University of Minnesota and received his BA degree from Colorado College. He has enhanced his expertise with qualifying and admittance to the International Association of Financial Planners, the National Association of Charitable Estate Counselors, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.

He resides in Danville, California and is an avid golfer.
